HELP US CONTINUE TO GROW

Difficult Problem. Simple Solution.

The program Village Cares uses to help improve the African condition is called OPOS
(Outcomes, Practices and Open Space).

OPOS works as a three-part, multi-level program that can be presented to a community in one to three days.
All OPOS seminars are run by African facilitators, with every villager invited to attend and
guaranteed the chance to participate.

“It’s such an easy to grasp tool that has just been waiting to be unleashed. Its potential is immense! People know they can do something for themselves in their communities. We believe Africa will not be the same again.
